At least six weeks before the official due date of a deliverable (as in the DoW) the editor nominates reviewers and agrees with them the review schedule. It is particularly important that the reviewers confirm that they are able to review the deliverable during the agreed period. It may be necessary to agree with the reviewers to bring forward the date at which the deliverable is sent to them.
